Our next stop is palace in Jedlinka. During World War II, the Jedlinka Palace was adapted to the staff of Organization TODT, which from 1944 was the main contractor of the Riese facility known as Hitler’s Underground City. It was at this Palace that the main undertakings and plans of this fully unexplored project were carried out. One of the Palace halls was equipped with German equipment from World War II, staging the work of the organization staff on the project. To this day, we can hear the sound of a radio station and old typewriters here. At the entrance of the hall, there are showcases commemorating the slave labor of prisoners of the Gross Rosen camp during the construction of the Riese facility. Right next to it there is a replica of the staff wagon of the Amerika train. It was here in the 10,252 trillion wagon that the most important strategic decisions of all fronts of the World War II were made.
